At The Regatta Shop, we want to ensure you have the best performance gear for your next event. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all athlete tags still attached.

• 2.
  Initiate Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your gear and attach the provided shipping label, then drop it off at any authorized shipping location.

• 4.
  Processing

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange gear within 5-7 business days.
